Apple Oatmeal 😍 Shredded apples, the goodness from fresh ground cardamom and a pinch of ginger powder, oatmeal definitely make a cosy bowl of deliciousness 😍 Honestly to me this bowl has a vibe and feel of Kheer with flavors of home but is super quick and easy to make 💗 Makes a satisfying breakfast to keep you fueled but I relished it for lunch #quickmeals #foodmood 😈

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1 cup oat milk (or of choice)
Seeds of 2 cardamom, crushed
Pinch of ginger powder
1/2 apple, shredded

Recipe – bring oats, water and milk to a boil. Add cardamom seeds, ginger powder and shredded apples, mix well and let simmer for 6-7 minutes stirring in between to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Ready to eat 😍
